Terms & Conditions:

Users at our website https://urdubazaronline.pk, will buy books at their own decision and Urdu Bazar Online will not be responsible for any issues that occured. Urdu Bazar will not be involved in any Piracy issues, hence just providing a service to engage users and vendors of Urdu Bazar on one website.

Advance Payment: 

Orders having any of the following will require advance payment.

• Orders of Rs.5000 or more
• Orders comprising two or more books
• Orders having village, district or chak address
• Orders which require self-pickup

Order Cancellation:

Order can be cancelled unless it is not processed. If the order is processed or delivered, it will not be cancelled and the user has to pay for the delivered parcel. 

Return\ Exchange:

Return or Exchange of books only depends on wrong books being delivered. User cannot ask for return or exchange at the time of delivery or after the order has been processed. If the user wants to return the book even after the book delivered is correct, it is upto the vendor's decision to accept the book back or not. If the vendor accepts the book, user has to pay for the delivery charges and return delivery charges.Urdu Bazar Online will not force the vendor to accept the return when its not in their return policy.
