Wrong or damaged item (our mistake)

If you receive the wrong book, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+92 349 2174142) with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no delivery or return charges apply in this case, it's on us.

Change of mind

If you'd like to return or exchange a book for any reason other than our error (e.g., you no longer want it), acceptance is at our discretion and is not guaranteed. If we agree to accept the return, standard delivery charges and return shipping are the customer's responsibility.

How to request a return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp with your order number and a description (and photo, for damaged/wrong items).

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued via bank transfer within 2 business days of us receiving the returned item or confirming the mistake.
